📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the privacy operations team, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.,Develop and implement privacy policies, procedures, and controls to protect customer data.,Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses to identify and mitigate privacy risks.,Monitor and respond to data protection incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.,Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams to embed privacy considerations into our products and services.,Lead and participate in privacy audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.,Stay up-to-date with evolving data protection regulations and industry trends.,Provide guidance and support to employees on privacy-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, computer science, or a related discipline.,5-7 years of experience in privacy, data protection, or a related field.,Strong understanding of data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws.,Experience in managing privacy operations, including incident response, data mapping, and risk assessments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.,Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Experience in a global or multinational environment is a plus.
