📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets using Excel.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
