📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the outlets, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Oversee staff training and development to maintain high performance levels.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain food and beverage quality.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Square, Toast, or Lightspeed.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
