📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing and tracking accounts receivable, including verifying customer invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Following up on overdue payments and resolving any issues related to receivables.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports on accounts receivable.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients regarding their payment status and any outstanding balances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
