📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs to ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a Director-level position.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
