📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and track fleet vehicles in real-time using GPS technology.
- Manage and update vehicle and driver information in the fleet management system.
- Generate and analyze reports on vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and driver behavior.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical support to drivers and other stakeholders regarding fleet management systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address any issues related to vehicle tracking and monitoring.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on the GPS tracking devices.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest fleet management technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Proficient in using GPS tracking software such as Geotab, Teltonika, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
