📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and manage healthcare claims in accordance with PhilHealth guidelines and regulations.
- Reconcile payments and ensure accurate reimbursement for healthcare services.
- Use PhilHealth's e-CSR and e-Claims system to manage and track claims.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies in claims.
- Ensure compliance with PhilHealth policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare billing and claims processing.
- Familiarity with PhilHealth's e-CSR and e-Claims system.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Certification in healthcare billing and claims processing is a plus.
