📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the company's corporate and commercial activities.
• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with the Legal Counsel and other legal team members to manage and resolve legal matters.
• Participate in corporate governance activities and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.
• Support the legal team in handling legal disputes and litigation matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and commercial regulations.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
