📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of acquisition strategies, working closely with the Business Development team.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of due diligence reports and financial analyses for potential acquisitions.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of acquisition deals, working with legal and financial teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of acquisition projects.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including client meetings, market presentations, and strategic planning sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
