📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage accounts payable workflows, including payment approvals and processing.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of accounts payable records.
• Support the finance team in managing cash flow and financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role in a luxury hospitality or corporate environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
