As an Accounting and HRD Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR processes, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and analyze financial statements using SAP and Excel.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in payroll processing using Payroll System.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and HR roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Payroll System is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
