📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data.,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.,Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or telesales.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly and approachable personality.,Willingness to travel within the region if required.
