📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide tax advice and assistance to clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and assist clients in meeting their tax obligations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.
• Prepare and review tax returns, including individual and corporate income tax returns, VAT returns, and other tax filings.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to staff on tax-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and finance, to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including income tax, VAT, and other tax types.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Experience with tax software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant tax management systems.
• Certification in tax law or a related field is a plus.
