📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and ensure quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culinary traditions and practices.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
