PT Cipta Hasta is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the company.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
