📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management division.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers.,Monitor and maintain property records and documentation.,Handle tenant inquiries and complaints.,Coordinate with the maintenance team for property upkeep.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or related field.,Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to property management.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
