📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.,Support the HR team in employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
