PRIMA Abadi is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This hybrid role will be based in Maros, offering a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 7.000.000 to Rp 12.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule and monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.,Track and analyze fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, insurance requirements, and legal standards.,Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, such as fuel suppliers and repair shops.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
