📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Support the company's strategic goals through HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus.
