You will also manage our general affairs, including office administration, compliance, and vendor management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Foster a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks such as office management, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR and administrative needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in HRIS systems such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with event management industry is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
