📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales.
  • Ensure that all sales transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.
  • Work with the General Manager to develop and implement store improvement plans.
  • Ensure that all store promotions and advertising campaigns are executed effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer trends.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
