📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations and staff schedules.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Support the Store Manager in training and developing staff.,Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports.,Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.
