📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or similar environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
