📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate patient health needs,Develop and implement nursing care plans,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed,Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse,Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS),Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus,Experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility is preferred
