Oversee the technical aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Prepare detailed project plans, including site investigations, feasibility studies, and design specifications.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
