📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.,Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.,Ensure that all customer complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.,Ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve high performance standards.
