📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain fertilizer production equipment such as mixers, granulators, and dryers.
- Monitor and control production processes using SCADA systems and other specialized software.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize production efficiency and output.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operating fertilizer production equipment.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and other plant control software.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
- Understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
