XCEL Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Baturaja. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and update supply chain data and reports to maintain accuracy and completeness.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure all supply chain processes are running smoothly.,Assist in the organization and management of warehouse operations and logistics.,Support the team in maintaining and improving supply chain performance metrics.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance supply chain knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and business culture is a plus.
